Established in 1947 and part of the Rheem family of brands since 1985, Raypak is a globally recognized and trusted name in the heating industry. We manufacture a range of high-efficiency commercial and residential boilers, water heaters, and pool & spa heaters. Headquartered in Oxnard, California with nearly 450 employees and over 220,000 square feet of manufacturing, office, and lab space, we provide innovative solutions that meet our customers’ high standards for quality while maximizing performance and reliability.
Our talented associates have a wealth of engineering, design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance expertise to support our customers’ needs. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions, from custom to stocked products, and we are conveniently located in six locations across the country to provide solutions and support when and where our customers need it.
Innovation Learning Center
Our state-of-the-art Innovation Learning Center at our Oxnard headquarters serves as a training hub and collaborative space for engineers, representatives, wholesalers, and contractors. The ILC features a large lecture room capable of supporting classes of up to 40 people; a live demonstration and instruction lab for hands-on training; an interactive product display area; and a comfortable customer lounge and break area.

Engineering Lab
Engineering excellence drives our innovation. Raypak's engineering team has filed over 35 patents since 2019 and continues to develop cutting-edge advancements in boiler and water heater technology every day. Our innovative solutions are developed and tested in our engineering lab prior to full-scale manufacturing. In 2018, we completed a multi-million dollar renovation to double our lab size and increase our testing capability to get products to market faster. Equipped with 17 test stations, an environmental ambient control room, a wind test machine, a burst test chamber, and an SLS 3D printer, the engineering lab demonstrates our commitment to both innovation and quality assurance.
Manufacturing
Raypak products are designed and assembled in the USA at our Oxnard headquarters. Our manufacturing facility features cutting-edge automation technology and robotics to ensure consistent, high-quality assembly of our heat exchangers, boilers, water heaters, and pool & spa heaters. Every single unit we produce goes through rigorous end-of-line testing where quality checkpoints are documented before it is shipped out to our regional warehouses or to our customers. Our Parts Department also ensures our customers receive full support after the product has shipped; our on-site partnership with FedEx enables us to ship genuine factory parts next day air to keep customers up and running.
