Our legacy began in 1966, when George Albers founded Ducts and Cleats in St. Paul, MN. Thousands of mechanical projects later, the company today is led by George’s son Chuck, who serves as president and CEO overseeing day-to-day operations, product development, and strategic counsel with partners. Leadership roles are held by Kevin Albers, Chuck’s son, who manages product development, marketing and sales as well as additional extended family members who lend their expertise. Ducts and Cleats is a member of the Local 10 Sheetmetal Union.
