Press Release: We're Great Place to Work-Certified!

For the 4th year in a row, LONG has received the Great Place to Work certification, a national recognition!

Employees from our offices in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana, Washington, Oregon, and Alaska submitted the Great Place to Work survey, and it is the positive results of those surveys that have awarded us this certification.  We are humbled to hear that our team members feel LONG is a Great Place to Work, and we know it is their daily commitment to the company and each other that makes us who we are. In light of the many challenges brought upon us by the pandemic, the recognition this year feels particularly meaningful. We are grateful to have such a deep well of team members and culture that helped carry us through difficult times.

Here were some of the strongest results of the survey:

• 95% of employees say LONG is a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company
• Our employees feel good about the ways we contribute to the community
• When people join the company, they are made to feel welcome
• People are given a lot of responsibility but are trusted by management to do a good job without watching over their shoulders
• Management is honest and ethical in its business practices
